Meet Rachael Schmidt, Founder of Common Sixth
“We have more spiritual and mindful resources now than ever, yet people still feel so disconnected. Connecting is powerful! When we feel connected we thrive. People want to be more connected to themselves, to others, to our world and beyond, the desire is there, resources are more readily accessible, but confusion remains.
After two decades of spiritual, mindful and lifestyle coaching, I discovered simple, user-friendly concepts, had the most significant impact on client’s well-being and could quickly shift confusion into clarity. Connecting should not be uncommon, it should be common, a part of our everyday lives.”

Mindfulness is the ability to stay present on purpose without judgment.
When was the last time you did that?
Just breath and Common Sixth will take it from there.
You already possess all of the tools you need to live your most authentic and connected life. You just need direction and support to reconnect with your innate abilities.
The more aware you are of energy, the more skilled you become at making decisions that benefit your well-being. Start with simply acknowledging when your energy feels off.
Effective energy management is the result of self-awareness and skill.
You may experience growth, expansion and deeper self-connection. At Common Sixth, we want our clients to feel empowered and live more peaceful lives. This requires proactive participation from the client. Together, the growth possibilities are limitless.
Your mind, body and spirit are your responsibility. Once you accept this, your life will change.
Bring an open mind and an open heart.
